Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination across time zones
  • Leadership communication support — internal and external
  • Team administration, documentation, file organization and internal systems
  • Portfolio company coordination for scheduling and information requests
  • Onboarding and logistics support
  • Task tracking, progress monitoring and process improvement
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship-building
Requirements
  • Prior office coordination, team support or executive assistant experience
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack
  • Comfortable using AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to support tasks
  • Independent work capability with an ownership mindset
Nice to Have
  • Remote work experience
  • Familiarity with Carta and/or DealCloud
