Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing communication with existing investors and potential partners
Help prepare investor presentations, portfolio reports and quarterly updates
Maintain and update investor data rooms, CRM systems and distribution lists
Coordinate investor meetings and follow-ups
Track and respond professionally to investor requests
Ensure messaging consistency across teams
Support fundraising documentation and data collection

Requirements

2–4 years in investor relations, client services, communications or fundraising
Strong communication skills with investor-facing content expertise
English fluency — additional languages valued
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications or a related field

Nice to Have

Family office or institutional investor background
Knowledge of investment structures
Tools: DealCloud, Carta, Notion
AI tools experience (ChatGPT, Notion AI)
